When you spend your day at a desk, hunched over a computer, your upper body starts to round forward, your shoulders get tight, your lower back feels weak and sore, and good posture goes out the window.
We can show your staff a series of simple but powerful Pilates moves that they can do at their desk throughout the working day. They’ll help strengthen the upper back muscles to support good posture, whilst stretching and relieving stiff muscles.
