As everyone knows who’s seen a photo of the great male soloists, ballet is a serious workout that’s definitely not just ‘one for the ladies’.

This workout incorporates everything you need to help you get lean, sculpted, elegant and confident.

In one short hour it tones and aligns your body, helping it stretch out back into shape after hunching over a computer. At the same time, it works the cardio-vascular system and burns fat.

How it works

  • Choose from one to one sessions, group classes up to 20 max or small groups of 4-8 people to allow for more individual attention

  • Have as a one-off, or weekly classes to really reap the benefits

  • Choose before-work, lunchtime or after-work classes

  • Our teachers can work with a group of all abilities and experience

  • You can have as many people in the class as the space allows
