We all know that poor posture is a health hazard, but it’s so easy to get ‘locked’ into one position when you’re concentrating on something else. But stay like that for more than 4 hours a day (which is easier than you’d think!), and it takes a toll on your spine, creating pain and stress, bad digestion, tight necks and locked hips, fuzzy minds and headaches.

We can show your staff simple stretches that take minutes to carry out. They can use them at their desk throughout the working day to stay correctly aligned, comfortable and pain-free.
