‘Self-care’ isn’t selfish – quite the opposite, in fact! At a time when many employees have been trying to meet the demands of their work whilst confined 24/7 with their family, possibly with the joys of home-schooling thrown in for good measure. Self-care, is actually vital. And yet this has been a time when many of the things that we normally do to care for ourselves just haven’t been possible.
