Health and Virtual wellness classes for employees working from home

Our at home workplace Virtual wellness classes will help your valued staff maintain their fitness and resilience. We'll send them back to their desks feeling energetic, focused and ready to produce their very best work.

Our highly-experienced teachers are all at the top of their field. They'll be able to help out with problems - especially those caused by sitting at a desk all day. Because, as we're learning nowadays, sitting is the new smoking! Forget 'Are you sitting comfortably?' - it turns out that it's a hazard to our health, implicated in high blood pressure, obesity, spinal injuries, low mental focus and depression.

Our class programme has been carefully arranged to create the perfect selection of classes in one weekly schedule. It’s designed to help optimise physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The combination of classes vary from strength, cardio, mobility, flexibility, detoxification and meditation.

Our programme includes 3 x daily classes, 5 x days per week, Mon - Fri, 8am, 1pm and 6pm - they can ALL be attended by anyone of any fitness through Zoom.

To begin the day, a 45 min HIIT class to get you alert and focussed , a quick 30 min, lunchtime stretch or meditation class to recharge and clear your mind, and to end your day, a well-deserved restorative yoga class.

How It Works

  • Choose from our wellness class programs or as many classes you would like for our live corporate Wellness Classes at home or have one of instructors/teachers visit your office

  • Choose your style of class, preferred time and duration, 30 mins, 45 mins or 60 mins

  • Find a good space at home or in your office

  • Attendees should wear loose clothing or gym gear and have water

  • Work out mats/yoga mats are ideal if you have them, but not necessary, no other equipment is needed

  • At Home - all our classes are LIVE through the ZOOM. We advise you to keep your cameras on so the instructors can check your form for safety.

  • It’s easy to use, we will send you the ZOOM link to your chosen class and all you need to do is click on the link and you’re in the session. Find a good space, a mat if you have one (not necessary ) and grab some water. We can help with any tech stuff once you are in the class to help make sure you are all set up OK.
